Cannot buy Token with SUPER REWARDS (by SMS)

Hello, good afternoon. I am a player of Top Eleven, of Argentina, and I have a problem. Sorry if it is not here the right place to do it. The problem I have is that, yesterday, I could buy tokens through my phone without problems in Section Super Rewards and today, when I wanted to perform the same action, buy tokens again, I could not. In Super Rewards, I get no option, therefore I can not buy tokens to traces of my phone.

Command some pictures I found on a post like this. I did what they said, clean cookies, but nothing, still all the same. Hopefully you can help me. From already, thank you very much and greetings from Argentina.
