Hey, I have some question about player transfer.
I bought player by negotiation system and he isn't in my squad list, I don't know maybe it request time or its bug..
Also there is message from game that proves that I really bought player.

Maybe you have to much players in your squad....22 is the max, so in order to let the new one become available, just sell 1 or 2.
(if this is the case of course)
He's in your squad without a contract signed, or not?
