how to use 4-1-3w-2 properly?yr suggestions

hi errybody, thi season i gonna try new tactic for me 4-1-3w-2,but i`ve nnever played with it so i`ve no idea how to use it with maximum results.

i will recoment hard defence - mixed passing - own half - takling normal - long -counter on -offside trap off.
2st red arrows. 4 dc blue arrows. Best luck
