I need help against this weird formation, I face it first time:

My (good) players available:
3xDC, 2xDR, DL, DMC, 3xMC, AMC, AMR/MR, DML/MR, 3xST
and my first choice is 3n-1-4-2, blue arrows on MC, red on WM

What do you suggest?

Used 3n 1 4 2:
Match report (league match): defeat 2-0, 60% ball for my team, shoots 17-10 for opponent

2nd opponent problem:
Today i've been defated in cl home match, now i'm 4 points behind first team. Next match is against same opponent, only my team will be visitor. His formation 4-dmc-mc-aml/amr-2, my formation 3cb-dml/dmr-3mc-2, 53% BP for my team, shoots 10-17 for his. Result 2-4
Last season token buyer kicked me out of CL in semi-finals, this season i'm falling behind in group stage, goal difference 7-11
I need urgent help

never have a single match against that formation .
i probably will use 4-1-3n-2 , normal or defending mentality , through middle , whole pitch , normal tackle , long passes , zone defense , no offside , yes counter attack . dc-dl-dr blue arrow , st red arrow , dmc-mc no arrow .

I'm totally confused these days, my opponents use weird/illegal formations. Now i'm waiting match against team that plays with another weird formation: 2cb-3Wdm-3mc-2. Each of these formations is new to me, never saw them. I couldn't roughly predict outcome because illegal formation.

Won 4 1 against 2cb-3Wdm-3mc-2, used 4-1-4-1 and had 80% BP.

Now im waiting cup match (A) start (about 40mins) against stronger opponent, he uses 3cb-3wdm-2mc-2
My formation: 3cb-dml/r-2mc-2amc-1 with possible no-subs transformation to 4-5-1V (thanks to multiple position players)

is that formation a trend right now or what . lol i face that similar formation yesterday 2cb-3Wdm-2mc-1-2 , i beat it with 4-1-3mc-2 .

2nd match against 4-dmc-mc-aml/amr-2: I started match with 4-3W-2-1 before HT and 4-1-3w-1-1 after HT, won 3-2.
Tommorow I have cup match against 3cb-3wdmc-2mc-2st. Lost 1st match away 2-1 so i still have some chances, but i need win.
I'm getting tired of this strange formations, every match i have to play with different formation
