HELP: in form player OR the better QT one?

have a key game tomorrow facing 2nd in my league, he bought a scout GK later today and he could buy more ..

for me i have made my plans, now am puzzled who to play as my CM, i have one who is a scout 56 QT and another who is is not but close 54 QT, the scout's form is currently awful: 6-6-6-5-6 while the other one was 7-8-7-7-7
so which one to choose?
is the game take into account player's current form?
you see i know for example that EA FIFA Manager used to take the last 5 matches form in the AI calculation effecting player's performance on the pitch .. so is T11 use the same concept too?

I have the exact same problem as you, except with my keepers.. second leg of the cup against a better team, one of my keepers has had crappy form, the other one decent form, but is slightly less quality than the other. I have elected to go with the one with better form for the next game. I don't really expect to win so why not? Just gonna shove 7 players into his half and hope for the best.

choose the best forme for important matches, improve your scot with friendly match, lol. if your team usually played low quality team and he is the best player in pitch, so play him in important match

what about statistics? does the scout score or assist? what about the lower quality? also what about yellow cards

I generally do yes...a players form is very important when it comes to squad selection in my opinion...

the lower Qt score more and have better assist .. but again CM have duties both defensively and attacking wise, so can't really depend on his attacking stats

I play all my in form players (obviously it can vary from match to match) and ive had a string of good results from doing so ...

The game engine has to surely take form into consideration ...
