Player Disappeared from scout list????

This morning i checked out my brand new scout list and there was a very tasty 22 year old DR DC on there. I then went to work. while at work i sold my usual DR DC . Now just logged on to sign this scout and he has vanished.... wtf???? not happy

I don't know for sure, but I think I read once that the scout lists are not confined to just one player. If this is the case, perhaps another manager just got there first and took him from under your nose.

maybe that is the case. Never had a player disappear from my scout list before though! my squad is a right sided defender short now. guess that teaches me for selling before completing the deal for a replacement. didnt want to sign him till just before my cup tie and have a late increase in skill level. turned out didnt need him anyway. gave a scout packed level 7 a 3-0 spanking at home (im level 6) .. got half a chance of making it past the 1st hurdle for the 1st time in 3 seasons!

I can confirm this, noticed it first time last season - I always look through the scouts even though I never buy them. First day there were a couple of really good young players on the list that disappeared later in the day. Then when I was looking at the squad of someone who was going after a player I wanted on the normal TL, I spotted the two scouts I'd been looking at as well as a few others. I didn't compete in the auction...

Someone else bought this scout. First and 3rd day of season scout list changes. Also later it changes but I am not sure for what days.

Not entirely sure, but I think they come in every Saturday from the 2nd week onwards
