What is the max level for every building u can build?

Atm i got everything atleast lvl 6 with a few level 7, but my stadium is level 4 haha, dont have the money yet to upgrade that.

Stadium - Max Level 15 (Fully Maxed with seating upgrade Capacity 260,000)
Floodlights - Max Level 8
Medic - Max Level 13 (7 red packs every 4 days)
Utilities - Max Level 14
Training - Max Level 13 (7 green packs every 4 days)
Parking - Max Level 14 or 15 (I'm at Level 13 with 1 upgrade left)
Youth - Max Level 10 (2 players per 12 days)
Scoreboard - Max Level 9

A 260,000 all-seater stadium is a bit unrealistic since the highest stadium in the world that regularly hosts football matches is just over 100,000.

The Maracana once had a capacity of 200,000 in the old days and Wembley is a 90,000 all-seater stadium. Nou Camp holds 98,000 and Old Trafford is considering an expansion to around 95,000.

Nope, Just build the buildings and stadiums naturally as you progress slowly through the levels.

Thats what Google tells:

Imho he asks if additonal seats will disappear by upgrading the stadium. But I'm only level 1 and couldn't answer.
