What's wrong ? Limited in the game?

My friend and me, we are playing the game with level 18. But he was in a rage. Because, he met a problem with his cash today. It seems that his cash can't be increased after he sell some player.
This is the balance before he sell player (MC Playmaker)



And this is the balance after he sell the player (the value of player is 105M, but he sell him 122M via negotiation)



What is f!@king game? It seems the maximum balance cash is 2,15B; we can not exceeded this limit. If true, we are not very interesting.

In addition, we also see the problem in finances. Why our transfers out is negative value???

They should have used the 64 bit 'Long' data type which can hold numbers up to 2^ 61 . that wud have solved the issue but would have made the game a bit heavier.....

The game does not pay money if we sell player, but our money was deducted when we buy new player (sometimes we have more bid war on the market, so we spend much more money). So I think it's a problem.

I take it you don't know about how programming works. What killerbee says is 100% correct... There is a very specific reason that there is a maximum cap on cash. There would be far more problems with the game if there was not a cap on cash... You can't please them all.
