How to beat the 4-4-2 (Diamond) ?

How to beat the 4-4-2 (Diamond) (4-1-2-1-2) ? or at least keep a draw ?
hid average quality is 24 and mine is 21.
what tactics to use too ??

i would recomend using a 4-5-1V style with defensive mentality based on counter attacks!
but i would like to hear more opinions about this as well

You can't beat 4-4-2 narrow diamond, it's the ultimate football formation!

Just kidding, you have two ways:
1) Pray the Top Eleven's God: not 100% reliable technics but it can work... sometimes
2) use 4-5-1 V style

The narrow diamond is always a tough nut to crack. I used it exclusively in Levels 2 & 3 & won the League easily. Came a cropper in Level 4 when a couple of flank attacks found me out.

The two formations which I have found give it the most difficulty are 4-5-1V & 4-1-3W-2. I used the 451V last night in an away game & won 2-0 against the narrow diamond. Orders were normal mentality, down both flanks (most important), normal tackling, short passing, zonal, no counter or off side.
