You're just in the wrong part of the forum, mate: this is for football OUTSIDE top 11.
To answer your question, I do not know how to do it but if you leave your team unattended for 60 days (that means no connection at all), they are supposed to erase it.
Otherwise, just create another FB account linked to your new team.

Hi Makó,

There is currently no "restart" feature in the game. You can contact the support team and request your account to be deleted. However, this takes quite a while (sometimes more than a month). I'd suggest simply creating a brand new account, as it will be much easier and faster to do so.

@gizzmo Accounts are no longer deleted for being inactive. If you are inactive for too long, your team might be reverted to level one and used to form a fair level 1 League, when there are not enough teams available.

No resources are lost. Only your stadium and all buildings will be reset.
