I've received a negotiation offer, and I see that I can set a selling price. Will players still be able to bid below this selling price, and can I accept a lower bid after setting a selling price?

Yes you can, the set selling price is an amount you deem acceptable and if you are offered the price you set, the transfer will go through automatically

I know what the selling price is, my worry is that the system will reason that I will not accept anything below that amount, and thus no negotiations can be made below my selling price. Will bidders be able to see my selling price?
