For Q1, you should be focusing your passing down the flanks as they are his weak areas.

Q2. 4-5-1 V or 4-3-2-1 against the narrow diamond

For Q1, you should be focusing your passing down the flanks as they are his weak areas.

Q2. 4-5-1 V does work against 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond. Same tactics, but remember to pass down the flanks.

since you can't change tatic get the mc down arrows dmc up arrow and aml amr down arrows... go for the atacking counter attack

Your formation should work against all the other three formations. Red arrows on AML, AMR, DL and DR. Blue on DMC, and both MCs if needed. No matter what, focus passing down the flanks. If you are stronger, change mentality to attacking, tackling to easy if the opponent is much weaker, no counter attacks.

If you are weaker, defensive mentality, hard tackling, counter attacks, long passing. Take the red arrows off your fullbacks, definitely blue arrows on your 3 central midfielders.

Opponent average team lvl is 18. Mine is 22. With him tackling easy or normal? His main squad is mostly made of 4 stars. Mine mostly of 5 and I have 3 guys with 6 stars

I'd use normal just to be safe. Easy is only to give you a higher chance of red packs, but your players might still get booked. If they're maximum 3* or have a lot of players out of position, then it's very safe to use easy tackling and not drop points.
