    Growth players

    Hello,
    one question. The last season with my team i won as the first, i won the cup and i have trained the players regularly. Now it's beginning a new season but i saw that the stars of my players are decreased; all my players are young (age 23 about).
    Why? Do you have suggestions?

    Every time you get promoted all players lose one star (the quality remains the same). Stars represent how good players are for that league level.
