game freeze

It's been happening to me over the past few days. Games wouldn't start at their start time, or would finally started a few minutes later or I just couldn't log into them.
I contacted Nordeus, earlier today and sent them screen shots of my problem. I got a response from them a few hours later telling me that they're aware of the issue and are working on it. They even game me 10 tokens of each type as an "apology". That doesn't help in that I'm now stuck in limbo in an Association Tournament with all the other games played, bar mine. I've got matches that are meant to be played in a couple of hours time.

I've logged out and back in at least five times, rebooted my PC and I'm still stuck!

I've sent these images to them a little while ago. Not impressed to be honest, even if they gave me some "freebies"
