Friendly matches in assocations

Does it affect condition/ injuries and so on for the HOME side?

Yeah!!! They are just like normal friendlies but with association members

I wished they wouldn't, you could have mini tournaments and test tactics with your association members. But that would crash the servers I suppose.

Er... no.

Obviously someone whose team has a lot of spare time - Associations are difficult to fit in with two other matches a day, let alone mini-tournaments...

If these friendlies didn't use condition for either team it would only depend on how much spare time YOU have, the teams would be exactly the same. I have time to waste, that's why I play this game.
