Looking for Active Association

Hey,

I am an active manager with a decent squad approx 114%-116%, looking for an association that is active for all games. Would prefer to be silver 1 or above as this is where current association is, but with a view of promoting this season to Gold. Always attend matches, and always have 40% bonus, give bonuses, players if needed, and willing and able to discuss strategy or give help to any that want/need.
