Our timing for association matches is 4pm (+8GMT)

Requirement

-Commitment
-have whatapps to communicate.
-at least 120%

Are you sure you want to add only a 120+ team? Looking at your members, are you worried you will raise your group quality enough the weaker teams will be underpowered even with 3 strong loans?
