Association going for Gold Division 1 Looking for Active manager with strong Team

Hi,

We are looking for 3 Active members for our association which is going to Gold Division 1 in 2 weeks time.

The qualities which we look in managers are listed below:

1) Manager must be active and co-operative in association matches
2) Must be capable of building new team every season (with atleast 6 star players)
3) Must discuss tactics before 1 hour of association matches and pick up 3 loan players (Weak link in his team) and must help other teams by loaning players as well.
