hello i have an association which is active we all online during matches sometimes not all of us attend but most of us attending we are Gold 3 and going to gold 2

You may do what you want with my advice but: at level 8 with just 100% quality, do not be to picky. You got offers from several managers, jump in! And remember, you have to prove you are trustworthy, not the other members of the asso. As an asso captain myself, I want to be sure the new member is going to be committed. This does not mean he is going to play every single game (there are plenty of other interesting things to do on week-ends) but at least to keep a high quality team, give bonus and train. Not just for 2 or 3 seasons.Quote:
