Wrong result due to technical issues

Today, my Association (Master Federation) played the final round fighting for the title. A team of our Association (Marhham) defeated the other team (2-0). As both Associations were equal in points and in goals, the title was decided in a penalties shootout. Markham won 3-2. But the result has not been shown for hours. Few minutes ago, when a new day began, Top Eleven said the other Association won the title and that the last match wasn't played due to "technical issues". It happened to us 2 seasons ago, exactly as it happened to you today. We had no proof that we won the penalty shootout (nobody was saving the match, nobody took a snap, as usual), so we just wrote Nordeus telling them what happened. In return, they gave all of us 5 greens, 5 blues and 5 reds. I just wish they had given us the association points we lost for technical problems.

It has happened to my association also the last match went to a penalty shootout after my association member had won 2-0. However when we calculated the goals we found out that they had more goals than us so we didn't complain

sorry but i think its impossible the game to count the goals not correctly. can you post a screenshot of this

it happened about 4 seasons ago and I didn't take a screen shot. What happened was that we needed that match to win the tournament so after my association member won 2-0 we were level on points and on goals as well, so d match went to extra time and then penalties. However the result of the match wasn't posted and instead the final score was calculated with d remaining matches and we lost. My association member won the penalty shootout by the way

I have written a message to Nordeus (via in-game technical support) complaining about the wrong result. They replied to me 24 hours later. They said the match result has not been recorded due to "technical issue" and that this problem "has proven very difficult to solve". As they cannot change the recorded result, they offered 10 tokens and 5 boosts of each type to each member of the Association.

By the way, if there were no error, my Association would have 1197 points and still have chance to go to the highest division (get 100 tokens). Now...
