As far as I know nope, only Canadians and Romanians were banned due to selling their associations.

The Legends never die association was probably sold to those weaker players who are there now and that's why they fell down.

Yeah I know who you mean. :) There used to be a heavy tanker Jürgen, and he must've sold his association to that "bodybuilder" and others.
Jürgen wasn't a tanker, he used to spend tons of money on the game to keep his quality at 180%, then he started tanking for like 2/3 seasons ago. Never saw him after he left that association.
