Dragon Alliance (Platinum, North America) has opened up a spot on our roster. We are looking to recruit a highly dedicated manager. We aim to stay in Platinum division and need players who strongly desire the same.

We have been a Platinum Association for 3 consecutive seasons. We have been a Platinum Association for 5 seasons overall.

Association Stats:
Platinum (Ended last season with 1397 pts in Platinum)
Record: 45-19-14-5


Our Association Minimum Requirements:
- 6-star starting lineup of an ambitious manager working towards 7 stars.
- Always keep all training bonuses maxed 10% for association tourneys (we can provide advice to achieve this easily), always help other members with training bonuses
- Each season, must train at least one newly signed player to 7 stars by mid-season. This is an easy requirement for a dedicated player.
- Active in chat to discuss strategies and loans. We use a Facebook Group for communications, which is mandatory.
- Frequent attendee of live matches (Home Games: 5pm Pacific Time)
- Fluent English Reading/Writing.

The perfect candidate can demonstrate their competitiveness with the following:
- 7-star starting eleven by season end
- train at least one player to 8 stars by season end (achievable for a dedicated player)
- Win a trophy of some sort almost every season.


As we are looking to maintain our position in Platinum Division, we strongly prefer a candidate who meets the "perfect" requirements above.
