I won a game with my association but it doesn’t show result and I even plays shoot out and should qualify to final. Any suggestions how can I get the result back ??

Had many of these situations with Association.
There is an issue with shoot outs that TE seem to busy to fix.
It will show as draw due to technical error.

I have complained several times about this to support.
They eventually give your association a few bonuses as compensation.

But not sure why TE won't fix it.

yes it's a long on going issue they won't fix. sometimes you even win on pens and 3 hours later you actually lost the shootout
