Looking for 2 new managers to join Gold 1 association

Hi guys,
I am hanging up my boots tonight and leaving my association after handing over the captaincy but i would like to help them by finding 2 managers who would like to replace me and another manager. We were Platinum for the past 6 months but we have just missed out this season so back to Gold 1.
It's a very friendly asso with a good bunch of guys, all 7 star players at the end of this season so it's pretty strong.

You need to be active and present during competitions, train everyday to 40% and share bonuses with other managers.
Your team quality of between 95% and 110% (start of season) would be ideal.
