Gold 1 association Natural Born Winners is looking for new member

We are looking for an active new member to join our association.
Last season we were in platinum, but we relegated to gold 1.
the profile we are looking for, will be something like this:
* active....keeping bonus % at around 40
* english speaking is a must....no translators
* willing to attend every association game
* facebook account is preferrable to support your team and ours
* having a chat is not required, but it will be more fun if you do
What we can offer:
