New asso forming (?)

Hey guys!

My reserve (test) team is visiting level1 and they have limited resources and i would like to create a new asso group with similar teams like:
If you want to join you should have:

-You don't need active at asso matches but you are give bonus to others and maintain your team bonuses @ 8%+ level
-LOW Team% with >>>high white<<< and >>>low greys<<<
-Field players (starting 11) having 3*-MAX 5* players and your benchwarmers 3* or below :)
