can you explain what do you mean by white skills and why? also why don't you want 120+ teams?
I'm still level 6 so could you please bare with me and give me a simple explanation

Lvl 10 very active 129% team name is Kragujevac

Am Hamzatakinyemi team name akinyemi-fc level 10 and now 112% and my association name is legend camp tag #j4xwrx

Your players must look like this. They must have high highlighted skills (white skills) and low grey skills.

It would also be great if you were from Europe or Africa, because of the time zones.

My squad are 125% as a lot of my team are still 18,19 and have base level grey skills. ‘Sidler’ would be perfect but ‘Danilov’ as you can see still has high grey attributes keeping his overall level up.
