Formula for working out 100% teams at each level

Hi

Does anyone know how to work out what team rating is 100% for each level. I have just started my own association and I am looking for new members to invite.

For example I am level 22 with a team rating of 133.2 which is 112% and 6 stars . And on my friends list I have someone without an association which am thinking of inviting to join me. When I look at his team, he is only level 9 and his team rating is 56.8 which shows as only1% and 1 star when compared to my level. Obviously this would be different in an association, so is there a way to work out what his star rating and team % would be in an association?

At lvl 1 5*player has 20-24 quality, lvl 2 5* player has 25-29 quality...and so on,do the maths and you'll find that your friend has a team around 80%
