Need New Blood and Managers

We recently lost a few managers, who have stopped playing after being with us for very long time.
Consequently dropped down from Platinum to Gold...Looking to return (Obviously)
So now in need of some new managers.

English speaking managers only, (sorry our collective language skills very limited)
Must be regular players willing to help and support.
(we have system where each member is assigned a player to give bonus to so that we all get bonuses)
Not too bothered by Level, although preferably above Level 10 (we have members from Level 12 - 48)
Must have >90% + again preferably 100+% team.
A good sense of humour is a bonus....that or a thick hide
(we share a lot of tips, some actually work, and banter always welcome)
