New Managers still needed to complete association

We recently lost a few managers, who have stopped playing the game after being with us for very long time.
Consequently dropped down from Platinum to Gold 1...(again!)....Looking to return (Obviously)
So now in need of new managers.

English speaking managers only. (sorry our collective language skills very limited)
Must be regular player willing to help and support.
Must communicate with rest of team, politely.
(we have system where each member is assigned a player to give bonus to so that we all get bonuses)
Not too bothered by Level, although preferably above Level 10 (we have members from a wide range)
Must have >95% + again preferably 100+% team, and good record
A good sense of humour is a bonus...(probably a must?)...that or a thick hide!
(we help each member try to fulfil their goal (hmmm), share a lot of tips, some actually work, and banter always welcome)
