how to remove captain

in my association all the 5 players are active but the captain never attend matches and dont even response i think he stoppped playing the game it has become a problem for our association is there any way to remove him and he is the captain of association

After a month of non activity and no way to Contact him you can write to the support and ask for a change of your asso's Captain role.
