1) Average starting XI of 95%+ with high white skills at the first weekend and max. 120 at the end.
2) Able to chat in English.
3) Must maintain training bonus of 40%.
4) Must share bonuses during weekend.
5) Must be willing to share or learn ideas, tactics etc.
