Unfairness of the game

My association has won the first 3 tournaments, scoring 127 points + 150 bonus points for winning (3 x 50) and we are just 89 points short of promotion to the top division. But because of the changes made to make it harder for people to cheat, somehow we are still only 12th in our league and not qualified for any rewards. Sadly we have seen lots on managers leave the game because the changes, making it even harder for the honest managers to compete. Unless something is done to make the game fair for all, the only people left will be the ones prepared to part with real money but even that wont get success if everyone else is doing the same. Eventually the game is going to die unless fairness is part of the game.
