Looking for elite association

I'm looking for new association. My quality si right now 96,9% with overall age 23,8, I'm only level 5 but I have some experiences with this game and want to be better and better every season.
I want to find association, which will be surely at least gold1 after promotion with active rouster. In my last association were 2 inactive players and that killing chances to be better and get promoted.
