We have raised this problem for several years but it never got fixed. We still see many relegation clubs in association game which makes association unfair. This is really disappointed!
If it cannot be resolved due to technical limitations, my suggestion is that separate association to two, one is for relegation clubs and one is for normal ones. Or we should only make relegation club match with another relegation club which is more fair.
