I do manipulate the draws for every season and build my team afterwards of some days which helps with the new association draw mechanism as well, Alexinho.

1) Average starting XI of 90%+ with high white skills at the first weekend and max. 120 at the end.
2) Able to chat in English.
3) Must maintain training bonus of 40% and Share bonuses during weekend.
4) Attend all association matches(exceptions are granted for unavoidable circumstances)
