looking to active alliance

Hi!

I am looking active alliance. Have looked inside the game, but i am only one active on every ally where i have joined.

My manager level is 20 and my practice level is 32/40 everyday. Also i use few euros per month to this game to get some boost, so my team are about between 100%-120%
