Tokens problem - Bidding

So I have one question about bidding :

First of all me and another guy bid for a player : GK 34 skills
1.he bid first then I also called a bid.
2.after 59 seconds he bid again I also bid
3.after 29 seconds he bid again I also bid
4.after 29 seconds he bid again and I could not bid anymore I don't know why I had still tokens and money but the bid spot become grey and I could not bid any more can anyone give me any suggestions why?

and appeared any message in game after you made the bid (the last)?

nope no message except lost 4 tokens where can i request them back or what can I do?

It's a minor glitch that Nordeus needed to address about this...
