Problem with transfer

I'm new here!
Is this post placed right.... help me whit my question.

I have a probleme with my transfer. Today, on 30 june (about ca. 16.40), i have bought a player. Cost me 1 Token. When the bidding was done i was the only player witch have made a bid on the player! So he should be mine. But i saw that the transfertime changed in 'waiting...'. After 1 hour waiting, i logged back in, but the transfer was gone. I didn't get the player. It cost me tokens. And money. How could this be resolved?
