Problem Free Gifts via Video

Hello,

since a few days i have a problem with the videos you could watch to earn
trainingpoints, mental, health or energypoints.

In the new version at first, there was to click at the top of the buttons for starting
the videos. Then there was a time where everything worked well (2-3 days)

Now i have only one big button where I can ONLY see videos to get free cash.
That problem stays since a few days now. I have no chance to click on red, blue or green
"free packs" because they are not even there.

Any idea to solve the problem?

If your on Apple then my understanding is that the videos work but on Android they don't appear to do so ...

Im sure that they are working on it...

hi all i also have this same problem with the exact details previously described i have tried to submit a request to support but they do not recognise my user id. In desperation i have signed up to this forum looking for answers please

Hey, guys, read the thread "R.I.P. Free Booster - Videos" in the general discussion section. A huge thread!

There you will find all the complains etc.

Et ceterum censeo Videos should be boycotted until Nordeus rewards them with boosters again!
