different market for every user???

hi there, today my friend, (we play on same server and same league) told me: look at the market, is full of 4 & 5 stars on sale. I open transfer window and nothing, in my transfer there were only one or two 4 stars, and all other just 3 stars. I looked his screen as we live near and his market is totally different by mine. I find it really weird, as we play same lvl and we're even direct competitors on the same league and champions cup. Here the two screenshots, same day, same time. Very unfair isn't it???
