No gift :(

admin please help me... my fren canot see me in their frenlist... i received gift notification from FB but when i open T11... nothing :(

I have the same issue... I see my friend on the friends bar, I can send gifts to them and they`d receive it, but from some reasons I`m not shown on their friend's bar and my friends can NOT send me gifts back. Even when they "reply" to my gilfts and it looks as if they sent the same gift back to me, infact I do not receive anything and dont get notification about gifts neither.

alot ppl face it too =( wad a sad case seriously... i nid skillpoint and RESPECK GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR :(

I have the same problem, my friend receives gifts, but not me.
What is different is that while I have it in my list, I was in him until yesterday, but today i disappeared from it.

Same problem also to me. It seems Nordeus is more focusing in updates for changing names issue and how to make a new appearance ( with spending tokens of course ), instead giving solution in serious bugs , like the one spoken in this thread, or the different servers issue for friends. Let’s see how much time it will take them to give a descent solution and not only posting an answer like “we work very hard to solve it”.

No friends , no gifts ,


has still spent hundreds of €. to build up(construct) my team to agree... money and had to do to me because of your mistake rest and injury(violation) packages(bundles) of buying... What everything so badly, however, there I would not be yet not even more makes friends in my friend's list with top elven has. if makes the play überhautp no more fun(joke). Power, finally, a big(great) server. or I stop entgültig. This play must not be realistic!!! I want to make friends much rather with in the cup and is in the league together or whose players can acquire...

I have this problem as well, since I have 4 referrals and may friends, every time when they send me gifts, there're notifications but there's no gift at all in storage. And I was taken out from my friends' list anymore, even they invited me again, it didn't work anymore. Top 11 team rules encouraged us to make friends with people but it seemed that now the bug really made us disappointed, please help fix it asap.

I have the same problem, just realized that I haven't received any gifts until I asked a friend why he's not sending me anymore and he replied by saying he actually is, everyday.
So I lost 3 or 4 days of gifts.

I've been having the same issue for the last few days. I can send gifts to my Facebook friends but they don't see me on their gift list so they can't send me anything. Only affecting Facebook friends. Just started a few days ago - used to work just fine. Is this going to be fixed?

I have the same problem with gifts etc. I wrote to nordeus support, and here is their answer :

" Thanks for contacting us.

It seems that most of Facebook games are experiencing problems at this moment because of the Facebook API failure. It might happen that the users’ personal data is not correctly transferred from Facebook to the applications. However, there is no reason to worry! This is just a connection problem and it is temporary.

Sorry for any inconvenience, but unfortunately this issue is beyond our power.

The game will be back to its normal operation shortly! ".

I hope, they are right :-) , it makes sense, that it is a facebook problem.

Same issue here.. All of a sudden, i cant see the gifts sent by my frns. Still, FB shows notification though..

Let you buy tokens in facebook but fail to receive the gift from facebook.

Its fixed since this morning...after 5 days...gj turca bre boys...next time guys dont spent 50 eu,...go for 100 ,maybe they will fix in 3-4 days;when we will spent 200eu/pers...maybe will fix next day...maybe.

So .. Do we get ours rewards back for the missed days ?

Hi managers, I had this problem last week. I posted this problem couple days ago and knew that was issue of facebook instead of Top 11 technical problem. Then I started to think why, then, I noticed that I was using CHINESE NAME in my Facebook and I was guessing the link doesn't support other language, so I change my name in Facebook into ENGLISH, after that, couple hours later, I re-existed in my friends' list again and I started to receive gifts and my friend vice versa. Thus, see if your name is not in ENGLISH, I suggest you change it. I'm not technical guy, that was really a wild guess and finally it worked for me.
