Recovering the game on another phone

I am playing Top Eleven on my LG phone, i don't login with facebook, i started it on the phone...now, i want to change my phone and want to keep playing with my team.

Is there any way i can recover my game on another phone?

I think not, top eleven is server based, it recognizes your imei or whatever, so every time you would install it on the SAME phone, it would recognize it, but since you want to play on another phone it will most likely not.. sorry
