It could be possible with lots of $$. If you bought a tonne of tokens, you could rush all your builds, buy investments, buy scout players, outbid others in auctions & hard train players (regenerating their health with rest & first aid kits).

I joined November 16th and have managed to get a team average of 21.2 without buying a single token. Without rushing any of my builds, I only have a 1000 capacity stadium. Most of my facilities are L2.

The stadium is the interesting one. That would have to be a Level 6 or 7 stadium
