Just add new facebook friend, can see him in top11 friends list, can send him a gift, but don't see his matches in "Friend's fixtures". Should i do something or just wait?

It's not a bug, it's a feature. You both are probably on different servers, this means you can't support each other in matches, sadly.

is it any chances that you can be removed to same server as your friends ?
