    Can't bid on 4-3 star players.. HELP!

    I am league level 5 and I can't bid on any 4 or 3 star player.. why?
    LEAGUE:

    CHAMPION'S LEAGUE:
    S4: Group S5: Top 16 S8: Top 16 S9: Group S14: Group
