As you can see on image one apparently i have only "Viewed" the offers but as you can see in image two i have entered the prize draws and haven't received my tokens?!
I also completed a valid sign up to Fashion Forward Singles in an attempt to receive 47 tokens and I haven't received them either... yet I have emails from Fashion Forward Singles verifying that I have a valid registered account.
Make a screenshot of the confirmation E-Mail you've got when completing the offer and then click on "Inquire about this offer". You can send the screenshots to them and if you're lucky, you will recieve your Tokens. Include your name, birthdate and E-Mail in the inquiry.
Please don't set your hopes too high, the support of Matomy sucks so much.

hate to say this but most of them free tokens are a fix I had one with William hill casino it said install register and run app but what it doesn't tell you is you have to place a bet of at least £10 to get tokens.
You will find that you will only get tokens when you place a order and it will be a big one
