try uninstall Flash Player and reinstall newest, this helped me -- hope it helps u

I am having the same since this morning.
Reinstalling Flash Player might be a solution when using Internet Explorer, but Google Chrome has a built-in Flash Player.
So that cannot be the source of the problem...

If you can get to Flash settings you could try deleting any saved data, clear cache etc. I had bad luck with chrome and gave it up.
