Clean your cache and cookies and update your adobe flash. Try with another browser too. And give the same error in fb login and site login?
Here's one I saw on here helped me:
on that page right click to get to flash, click settings for allowed space (look like folder) and put the bar all the way to the right.
you could also goto control panel, Flash, and clear all data it currently has saved.
