I've loose transfer auction, with guy who have less budget than transfer offer, is this possible ?
Club : Top Player (screen) have 5mln budget, offer = 7,76mln
It is interesting, that after transfer, Club Top Player have still 5,15mln

I think he have debet now or just he loose auction too, and player is still in seller team.
